It's Tuesday, October 6 and the C&W has your back.
Weather: Today's weather should be pretty much the same as yesterday, sunny with temps reaching into the mid to high 60's by day and falling into the 50's by sundown.
Good stuff from the Temple Today:
Author David Lida will be coming to campus today to talk about his book, "First Stop in the New World: Mexico City." This book offers a contemporary look at Mexico City and all of its components, good and bad (mostly bad). 12:30 in Anderson 821.
If you're a pre-nursing major and don't know what the hell you're doing when it comes to applying for upper-level programs, the selection process, and other important stuff you may want to go to one of two information sessions today to find out: The first at 11 am, and second at 3 pm, both in suite 101 of the Academic Resource Center.
If you're an anyhing major and don't know what the hell you're doing when it comes to networking, you may want to attend this 4:30 workshop that'll teach you how to network and the do's and don't involved. In the SAC 200.
In other stuff, make sure you pick up a copy of the latest Temple News, out today.
Also, Tuesday is $6 movie ticket day at the Pearl, so bring your student ID and pay what you did regularly three years ago. Here are the movies and showtimes if anyone is interested.
No sports again until Friday, so that's not happening today.
Thanks for reading we'll catch ya later today!
