Finally final Friday, except for finals friday.

The C&W believes it might have the swine flu...no, wait, that's just a hangover. Check out today's philly.com article on swiney in the philly region; it's one of the most informative, balanced, and not all-panicky one we've seen yet.

Weather: hovering around 7o with showers on and off all day, falling to mid 60's and clearing up around 10.

Net Night: @ the pav from 7-10. One last chance to draw fiery looks from the b-ball players as they're told to get out.

TU Wind Symphony: Tomlinson theater, 7:30.

Good stuff from the Temple Today:

"Temple Music Prep: "Festival of Young Musicians" begins: TODAY. Music Prep's 20th annual "Festival of Young Musicians" showcases its Center for Gifted Young Musicians' 200 students...Tonight's performance, the Showcase of Chamber Ensembles, will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Rock Hall auditorium. Visit www.temple.edu/boyer/musicprep for details..."

Hoorary for music!

"B.F.A. Dance Concert II: TODAY, 8 p.m., and SATURDAY, 3 & 8 p.m. Conwell Hall, fifth floor, Conwell Dance Theater. Featuring works choreographed by graduating seniors."

Dancing, or music, dancing, or music? I better not insult either by going to the other and just go partying.

"First Fridays with Apple: iLife '09": 10 a.m.-noon. TECH Center, room 111. Come and see first hand the upgrades to iLife ’09. iLife '09 will help you get the most out of the photos, movies, and music on your Mac..."

This is doomed from the start, don't they realize that mac users are too cool, hip, and unique to conform to a help session?

"Exposure": 3-8 p.m. Annenberg Hall, Joe First Media Center. Photo show and sale. Purchases help support Aperture, Temple's photojournalism club. "

This sounds pretty cool, if they're about the price of an insomnia cookie I might buy one. Otherwise I'll just take my own pictures and buy an insomnia cookie.

No sports at home.
