Elections are going on right now for next year's TSG officers.

This is the voting table at the SAC today. Most of these students are here for extra credit or free cookies, but hopefully there are one or two in there to actually vote for the candidate they think is better.
Nearly 1,500 votes have been tallied as of 1 pm this afternoon. Also, insomnia cookies are there. Go get some!
A few accusations of elections code violations have been thrown around. TU Dream team has been reported using an amplification device, a megaphone for us lame folk, near the bell tower, which is not allowed under elections code. Also, a fraternity brother of TU Action VP candidate Jon Desantis sent a message over the greek listserv this morning urging everyone to vote for TU Action, and TU Dream Team has argued this was a violation as well. TUaction's giant poster on the kiosk near the Student Center is not numbered or dated - a violation of the elections code.
word on the street is that a certain slate is being DQ'ed from the general election for too many violations of the elections code...
